Cross-dock at TTM is a GTA service — Greater Toronto Area, not a coast-to-coast warehouse pitch. When the origin truck, the border, and the receiver are not on the same clock, product comes off one unit and goes onto another in the GTA. Counted, wrapped, documented, and rolling.
Use it to break a westbound FTL into regional deliveries, to build a full trailer out of several Ontario pickups before the plaza, or to recover a missed GTA delivery window without sending the original tractor back empty.
Every transfer is written against the bill of lading. Piece counts, photos on exception, and a call if the count does not match before the outbound doors close.
